• 1 cup (2 oz.) soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon lavender buds, chopped or crushed finely
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
To chop the lavender buds, leave them out in the air to dry a bit. Then put them in a mortar and using the pestle crush them. If you do not have a mortar and pestle you can put them in a Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin over the bag until they are crushed.

Mix all ingredients together and then stuff into your turkey or chicken to cook. Or, place in a casserole dish and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until the top is brown.
