Lavender LemonadeWe have come up with a wonderful, all natural drink called Lavender Lemonade. We use culinary grade lavender buds and dried lemon peel to create the right combination for our Lavender Lemonade. Available in a package of 2, you add the right amount of sugar to your taste, lemon juice and you have a refreshing Summer drink.

Lavender Lemonade goes perfect with Lavender Honey Bunches for garden parties, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday celebrations and other special occasions.

Here is the recipe:

Lavender Honey Bunches

  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried, culinary lavender buds (crush if you don’t want them that coarse)

Preheat oven 350°F. Combine oats, coconut, and flour in a large mixing bowl. In a heavy saucepan bring the butter, honey, sugar, and lavender to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Drop spoonfuls of dough into muffin tins. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Be careful not to over bake. Cool and enjoy.

    This is delicious! I usualy add couple spoons of cinnamon and it gets a bit spicier.
